1. About Go2Pocket

Go2Pocket sells Pokémon Trading Card Game products through go2pocket.com.

The store is operated by Duncan Sutherland.

These terms apply to purchases made through our online store. Please read them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Placing an Order

Please check your selected products, quantities, delivery address and contact details before submitting your order.

After checkout, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. This acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation or separately confirm acceptance in writing.

If we cannot accept an order, for example because stock is unavailable or payment cannot be completed, we will contact you. Any payment collected for an order we do not accept will be refunded.

You must be authorised to use your chosen payment method. If you are a minor, you must have any parental or guardian consent required by applicable law.

3. Products and Descriptions

The product page describes the item offered, including its language, contents, condition and selected variant where applicable.

Images may illustrate the product, and colours may appear slightly different on different screens. This does not change our responsibility to supply the product as described.

Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, sealed Pokémon TCG products are sold with their original seals intact.

Cards inside booster packs are randomly assorted. Specific cards, rarities, grades or resale values are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product description.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes and mandatory charges.

Standard delivery within Switzerland is free. Any optional paid service will be clearly shown before you submit your order.

Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.

We may change prices for future purchases. Price changes do not automatically change the price of an already accepted order.

Discounts apply according to the conditions stated in the relevant offer.

5. Preorders and Upcoming Products

Products sold before they are available for dispatch will be identified as preorders or upcoming products.

Any expected arrival or dispatch date is an estimate unless we expressly confirm a binding date. Supplier schedules and product allocations can change.

Payment timing will be stated at checkout. We will contact you if there is a significant delay or if we cannot fulfil your order.

If we cannot supply an ordered product, we will refund the amount paid for it. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Your rights under applicable law in the event of delay remain unaffected.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver only to addresses within Switzerland.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy and the product listing for processing and delivery information. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, please contact us so that we can investigate with the delivery provider and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failure to collect it, we will contact you about the next steps and any reasonable additional delivery costs before resending it.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether dispatch can still be stopped.

We offer a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible unopened products, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Opened booster packs, tins, boxes and other sealed products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude claims concerning damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly after discovering any damage, defect or incorrect item.

Provide your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue and shipping packaging. Retain the packaging while we investigate.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law. Our voluntary return conditions do not replace your rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied products.

9. Errors and Availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, prices and stock information accurate.

If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and discuss the available options. We will not charge an increased price or supply a different item without your agreement.

Any cancellation or correction after a contract has been formed remains subject to applicable law.

10. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping your account access details confidential and providing accurate information.

You must not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment or attempts to compromise its security.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse. This does not remove our obligations concerning existing orders or refunds.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content and branding belong to Go2Pocket or their respective rights holders.

Pokémon names, characters, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Go2Pocket is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures.

Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual property rights to customers.

12. Shopify and Other Providers

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases made through Go2Pocket are made with the store operator identified above.

Shopify and other providers support services such as hosting and payment processing. Their applicable terms and privacy policies may also govern your use of their services.

This section does not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared.

Please do not send payment-card details or account passwords by email.

14. Liability

Our liability is governed by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

15. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and purchases from Go2Pocket are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply.

The competent courts are determined by applicable law. These terms do not restrict any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings in a particular court.

Please contact us first if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The version applicable when your contract is formed governs that purchase unless a different arrangement is agreed or required by law.
