Delivery Area and Cost

We ship to addresses within Switzerland using Swiss Post.

Standard shipping is free throughout Switzerland.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

For preorders, this processing period starts once the products arrive and are available for dispatch. Expected arrival dates are shown on the relevant product pages. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch, in addition to the processing time above.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please contact us so we can investigate.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Packaging and Delivery Issues

We carefully pack products to help protect them during delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking indicates a delivery you have not received, please contact us promptly. Keep any damaged packaging and, where possible, send photographs to help us investigate with Swiss Post.
