Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened where applicable, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with any original packaging and accompanying documentation where applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
